Initial situation
The Soliswiss Swiss Abroad Cooperative offers various forms of insurance and pension provision for Swiss nationals living abroad. Until we began work on this project, an outdated and complicated website was in place and provided information about the services. In co-operation with Edorex AG, we were able to help the cooperative take a big step towards Web 2.0.
Goals and vision
In addition to the modernisation of the website, a new community was to ensure more interaction between Swiss nationals abroad. In addition, a platform was to be created for the extensively researched expert assessments and the annual country ranking.
The project
In addition to developing the public website, we also developed a web application for the Soliswiss Forum that made various core WordPress functions accessible to users in the front end. Access was made as convenient as possible with two-click logins via social media profiles. A user-friendly post editor also ensures an optimised user experience when creating new posts.
