Say Hello was commissioned by a Zurich-based web agency as an independent technical partner to support a select number of high-complexity projects. When the third-party agency later repositioned its business, Say Hello assumed responsibility for several of its clients — including the high-profile media portal of the Swiss Post Office.
Unlike most Swiss Post platforms, which operate within a centralised infrastructure, this project deliberately ran on a fully independent WordPress setup. The goal was to guarantee a resilient, autonomous communication channel capable of operating reliably even under worst-case conditions — a critical requirement for a national institution.
Say Hello was responsible for the complete technical operation of the platform, including maintenance, security, performance and uptime. Through bespoke service-level agreements and close coordination with an international WordPress hosting provider, the site delivered uninterrupted availability throughout the entire contract period. Ongoing compatibility updates and targeted technical refinements ensured long-term stability without disrupting editorial workflows.
At the end of 2025, Swiss Post successfully migrated and reworked the content into its own infrastructure and took over ongoing development — concluding a collaborative project defined by reliability, trust and zero downtime.
