Momentum Immobilien AG is a young real estate agency founded by a well-coordinated team of experienced property specialists. They aim to set themselves apart from the competition primarily through a strong personal commitment to each property.
Goals and vision
As a newcomer in the highly competitive property market, the design was primarily intended to emphasise the company’s corporate identity and thus create a strong recognition value. A well thought-out web application should also speed up business processes so that the time saved directly benefits the customers.
The project
In the screen design, we tried to work out the most concise elements from the logo and integrate them into a well thought-out layout. In addition, the complex slider on the homepage offers each property a pole position. The site is supplemented by a central property management system that enables various interfaces.
