What is first-level support

If you have a maintenance agreement and need support for your website, please feel free to contact us directly. If your question concerns topics other than WordPress, we can have it answered by a specialist, such as one from your hosting company or email provider. This way, we’re always your point of contact, no matter what your concerns are.

How long is the minimum term of a contract?

For the “Standard,” “Extended,” and “Multisite” packages, the minimum term is generally one year. The contract automatically renews at the end of each contract year. We are flexible and can discuss other contract terms upon request.

What happens if my website is unavailable?

I act quickly and usually resolve the problem myself. If the cause lies with a third party, such as a network provider or hosting provider, I will contact them promptly. If necessary, I can restore a backup copy of the website. If you have a corresponding Service Level Agreement (“SLA”), I can also maintain a constantly updated copy of the website at an alternative location to minimize downtime.

Does Say Hello offer 24/7 support?

As a sole proprietor, I can’t offer 24/7 support. However, I’m agile and responsive. Specific requirements can be negotiated; the typical response time is four hours during office hours.

Can Say Hello make my website faster?

Yes! Depending on your requirements and the causes of the speed loss, I will conduct a technical analysis and make appropriate suggestions. In the simplest case, tools like a caching plugin can be used. I would be happy to provide a quote with the potential costs for expanding and improving the underlying technology.

I have multiple websites. Can I use the multisite option?

The short answer is yes. By managing multiple websites in a single installation, you benefit from shared technology, a streamlined update workflow, easier user management, and potentially reduced hosting costs. If your websites aren’t currently in a multisite installation, we can negotiate a reduced one-time fee for the migration work.
