Although their structured processes can be helpful to them, they can also create distance between the client and the experienced developer. My approach is different: every client has worked directly with me since I joined the company in 2019, both as their technical lead and as an experienced project manager.
This direct collaboration ensures clarity, efficiency and accountability. My ability to understand business objectives and think beyond purely technical constraints complements my development expertise, resulting in solutions that are both practical and sustainable.
